This is the profile page for the Dragon Characters in the Elemental Dragons series.

You chose the Dragon Path. As you walk, you can’t help but notice the growls and yapping in the air. Several dragons fly over you and give you quizzical looks as you continue, but none try to stop you. The forest eventually thins out to a lush green field, filled with various colourful flowers. There are many dragons lazing around the field, although some pretend not to notice you as you approach. Whose story do you want to explore first?

The profiles will be listed with main characters first, antagonists, and side characters.

Name: Aqueous Adams

Species: Avian Dragon

Sub-Species: Western Dragon

Status: Common Dragon

Gender: Male

Companion: Hazel Adams

Adopted Siblings: Cerberus Adams, Normie Abbott-Adams, Bluey

Element: Water

Appearance: Jet black scales all over his body. Turquoise eyes. Arrow-shaped tail tip. A line of tiny, dull spikes trailing from his neck to the tip of his tail. Jet black horns curved like a ram to his cheeks (Book 1). Two small, smoothed over stubs on his forehead where his horns used to be (Book 2 onwards).

Size: Small, even for a Common Dragon.

Markings: Deep blue swirls surrounded by dots on his face and feet

Personality: Aqueous is loyal and hardworking though can be cheeky at times. He isn’t afraid to speak his mind in most situations, even if it means getting others in trouble. However, he can be oblivious to other’s feelings at times, especially Damayanti’s. His favourite game is ‘Dragon Heroes’ where they all fight each other in mock-battles. Drea is usually the final boss that the ‘heroes’ have to beat but have yet to do so. They have gotten remarkably close in the past though. His favourite food is beef and his least favourite is lamb.

Relationship With Companion: Hazel and Aqueous get on like a house on fire, although he does feel like she babies him at times. They are both quite protective of each other, and Aqueous always gets a strange churning in his stomach whenever he thinks she’s in trouble. He’s happy when she is, but also down when she is. He understands why she worries about him all the time with her anxiety and their commoner status, but he wishes that she would back off at times. His greatest dream is to fly with her across the continent.

Hobbies: Playing ‘Dragon Heroes’, sleeping, flight practise

Dislikes: Meetings, sitting around, manual labour

Love Interest: Winter Stirling

Best Friend: Asteroid Abbott (Book 1), Damayanti Howell (Book 2 onwards)

Signature Move: ‘Water Stomp’ – the dragon digs their feet into the ground for balance and flares their wings. When their target suspects a tackle, they instead release a small wave of water with a beat of their wings, knocking their opponent off their feet.

Companion: Marco White

Element: Fire, Dark

Appearance: Pure white scales all over her body. Pink eyes. Has a large white gemstone embedded in her chest and tail tip. Tail is shaped like the end of a club hammer. Two small, white stubby horns that barely protrude from her head (Book 1). Two small, smoothed over stubs on her forehead where her horns used to be (Book 2 onwards)

Size: Large.

Markings: Orange fireball like markings along both side of her neck. Purple splotches along her back which slightly spill onto the wings.

Personality: Drea is seen to be stand-offish and rude to others but is incredibly loyal to her friends. She is wiser than her years, preferring to go for walks or sleep instead of playing with other dragons. However, she is willing to be the ‘final boss’ that the others have to beat to win their game of ‘Dragon Heroes’ which is her favourite thing to do as they can never win. She is a lot more observant than her friends, picking up on other’s feelings and reactions when no-one else notices. Her favourite food is rabbit, and her least favourite is beef.

Relationship With Companion: Although others don’t understand her relationship with Marco, she is remarkably close to him. After he experiences assault at the hands of Sadie and Maya she became very wary of women especially. She was extremely worried at first when Hazel arrived at Aria, as she believed that she would take advantage of him like past women did. However, after he sat her down and told her that he appreciates her worry, but Hazel wouldn’t hurt him, she did back off slightly. Like him, she hates hanging around other Premiers and prefers her own company. The two of them like to sneak out at night and play hide-and-seek in the shadows, as she prefers using dark to fire. With two elements mastered, they’re an almost unstoppable team.

Best Friend: Aqueous Adams (though she will never admit it)

Signature Move: ‘Shadow Breath’ – the dragon takes the offensive approach and charges at their target with their mouth wide open. They charge their darkness and then release it into a thin beam.
